OSAYS: Rachel Nussbaum

“I felt invisible because I couldn’t express my thoughts and feelings as freely as I could in Korean.”

Rachel realized that we have some work to do when it comes to representation and DEI. “When there was no seat at the table, I decided I’m going to build my own table, bring my own chair, and invite others along side me.” And as if that wasn’t powerful enough a sentiment, she’s even given her own children superpowers!

We are touched by Rachel’s story, though we may be a little biased because she is on our team!
